I am a social impact design strategist - in other words, I apply the power of people’s lived experiences to solve wicked problems. I apply human-centered design principles to help organizations change the way they work and drive innovation in complex human environments. I am a designer of learning experiences, tools & resources, programs and policies that help us create a world that works for everyone.
My approach includes asking questions, learning from unexpected places, and synthesizing insights to better understand people’s experiences within complex problems. I co-create creative and innovative solutions, share with key stakeholders to test our solutions, get feedback, and iterate to find the best possible outcomes.
